Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed by 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on business days are processed the same day.

Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the time of purchase.

Transit Time

Once shipped, deliveries typically take 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday) depending on your location.

Total Delivery Time

From placing your order to receiving it, the total estimated delivery time is generally between 6–9 business days.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund, according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days, depending on your payment provider or banking institution.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, our support team will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Zorielle is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
